Rich Kochman

Rich Kochman is a data-driven business leader with a passion for education innovation. He brings a depth of experience and a strong track record of driving sustainable enrollment growth to higher education. Over his career, he has spent more than a dozen years in senior roles at various companies, such as 2U and General Assembly, leading product, pricing, marketing, business operations, and data analytics.

Dr. Lynn Johnson Langer

Dr. Lynn Johnson Langer serves as a full time faculty member at Johns Hopkins University where she teaches and directs graduate programs in Regulatory Science and Biotechnology Enterprise.  She has created numerous graduate masters degrees and certificate programs and has won several awards for academic excellence.  She is an executive coach and regularly works with C level executives to make and create individual and organization strategic decisions.  She was appointed by the Governor of the State of Maryland to serve on the Board of Directors of TEDCO, the Maryland Technology Development Corporation.  She is also on the Board of Directors and is President Emeritus of Women in Bio, an organization of professionals committed to fostering and encouraging entrepreneurship and career development of women active in the life science industry.  Lynn founded BioPlan Associates, a management and marketing consulting firm and has worked extensively with leading biomedical and high technology companies.  She has published over fifty articles and several book chapters on business and leadership.

Dr. Emily B. Landau

Dr. Emily Landau researches and teaches in the areas of strategy and negotiations. In addition to her position as Senior Research Associate and Director of Arms Control at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) in Tel Aviv,she teaches in the International School of the University of Haifa, the Executive MA program in Diplomacy and Security at Tel Aviv University and in the Lauder School of Government at IDC, Herzliya. She is a frequent commentator in the national and international press on her topics of expertise. Dr. Landau holds a BA and MA from Tel Aviv University and a Ph.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Dr. Guido A. Minaya

Guido serves as the CEO of Minaya Learning Global Solutions LLC and is a principal of iLearning Consortium. Dr. Minaya has the following competencies in corporate education:

– Global/international/national training operations,
– Blended learning content design,
– Development and delivery of blended learning solutions,
– Outsourcing & performance based learning.

With proven practices and tools developed over the past 20 years, working with several Fortune 500 Learning and Development teams, Guido leverages his national, multi-national corporate experience, knowledge and education.  He has led corporate education and training teams in the US, Latin America, Asia and has led Global client training engagements. He served as Director of Education services for Accenture, Avaya, and Lucent Technologies. He also served as a CLO for an international training services firm.

Dr. Minaya developed an Instructor/Faculty Development Program focused on helping transition faculty from a classroom model to blended learning model.

Ms. Susan M. Minaya

Susan serves as the COO of Minaya Learning Global Solutions and is a principal of iLearning Consortium. She leads the curriculum strategy consulting practice. Susan has 25 years of learning and development experience as a senior instructional designer and corporate university executive.

Industry experience includes: manufacturing, financial services, insurance, banking, IT and Telecom.

Dr. Patrick Rombalski

Patrick serves as an executive in the private higher education sector and is a principal of iLearning Consortium. He is a higher education strategist with experience as an executive at two nationally ranked universities. He is a leader in strategic planning focusing on institutional alignment and collaboration with faculty and academic affairs. He has developed his skills in strategic planning, program reviews, management techniques, and campus operations.

Patrick has repeated success as a transformational leader in high profile positions. He restructured divisions and increased program relevancy and impact. He had success in introducing assessment tools and employing an evidence-based approach to guide decision making. He has also taught undergraduate and graduate classes at three different universities as an adjunct faculty member.
